We will proceed to prepare your incorporation documents and file the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State. We also prepare your bylaws and organizational minutes.

You receive your documents and final instructions.

Your corporation will become active once the Articles of Incorporation have been accepted for filing with the Secretary of State. Once we receive the filed Articles, we will deliver them to you, along with your complete corporation package. Simply sign the documents where indicated, and the process is complete.
