We will proceed to prepare your LLC formation documents and file the Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State. We also prepare your operating agreement.

You receive your documents and final instructions.

Your LLC will become active once the Articles of Organization have been accepted for filing with the Secretary of State. Once we receive the filed Articles, we will deliver them to you, along with your complete LLC package. Simply sign the documents where indicated, and the process is complete.
